Banner ads management system
This system is designed for the management of banner ads. It allows systematic management of banner ads placement and rotation schedule. Administrator can add or remove banner ads as easy as managing pages. The system can also generate click-rate report for measuring effectiveness of each banner ad.

Content Management System
We use a CMS developed by ourselves. That is why it can be easily customized into the way that suits our clients’ real needs. DQ-CMS is built on a web based HTML platform, administrator can access the CMS through any online connection, and manage the web site through a user-friendly interface corresponding to the front-end. It is the base for all other additional management systems, such as eNewsletter management system and iCAT. The system also supports photos, videos and Flash files upload, light-box function, form creation etc, making it highly adaptable to all kinds of web sites.

Design to HTML
It is the process of converting page layouts into templates that can be run under HTML environments.

E-commerce platform
A tailor made e-commerce solution, also known as an e-shop. Apart from customizing its user interface to enrich shopping experience, we are keen on ensuring the smooth operation and security of the platform. The e-shop also features global payment options, sales data analysis and its adaptability to numerous marketing functions which can be added upon request.
Basic functions of our e-shop can be tested via the dummy of its front end and back end (Login ID: editor / Passoword: 123).
E-Newsletter management system
The system includes a platform for client to manage the content of E-Newsletter with premade templates, as well as a web-based sender for bulk distribution. We will design the templates as part of the layouts included in the project.

Flash intro
The design and production of Flash animation lasts for around 15 seconds, with no programming of any interactive functions. Please visit here for an example.
Flash web site
Design and produce the web site using Flash as the main platform. Flash templates will be produced instead of HTML ones. This method enables smoother transition when browsing through different pages, effect will be similar to this example.
Forum
An open source forum of our choice that includes the major functions of a standard forum. We will customize its skin to match with the main web site design and integrate its functions with the CMS.

iCAT (interactive catalogue)
This advance product management system is one of the proudly presented products developed by Design Quest. It features systematic product management and easy bulk product update. Also, the flexibility of its front-end adaptation allows unlimited possibility for creative product presentation and filtering. It is an essential for all online product catalogues.

iPhone optimization
Optimizing the web site to be viewed with iPhone or other major mobile devices. The process includes pages restructuring and production, and the programming of amended functions if necessary. Try to view the mobile version of our company web site to see how it looks!

Language conversion
This is a service to convert the web site into other language versions. Translation is not included. Client will have to provide all translated text for conversion. Users can switch among different language versions of the same site simply by clicking on buttons, as employed by this client of ours.

Media coverage
This is a page structure specially designed for displaying company related articles in specific file formats. It usually consists of a thumbnail preview page and an enlarged view for each of the article extracts, all of them can be managed by the CMS. Please see an example of this page here.
Multiple level user account system
The system allows creation of multiple user accounts with different privileges. Our job includes system design, set up and configuration, plus all the programming work to differentiate data available to different levels of user within the system.

Online enquiry form
This is a form customized according to client’s requirements. Data collected can either be converted into email format and sent to an email account specified, or be stored in a database. Extra functions like data sorting and data exportation in Excel format can be added upon request. Here is an example with human identifier included in the form, to avoid spam robots.

Page management system
This is a core system built into DQ-CMS, designed for the management of basic pages. Administrator can manage the number of pages and subpages, as well as the content of each through this system.
Pages production
It is the production of different pages within a web site. All functions found on a page will be programmed and linked to CMS if necessary.
Photo gallery
A page designed for picture display. There are various options of creative picture presentation, and we will configure the CMS appropriately for easy picture management.
Press release / News & promotion
This is a page structured to showcase new products, company news and promotion. Articles will be listed in a special format with thumbnail preview, date and brief description, while each of them has its own content page. Users can sort or filter articles by dates and categories. At the back end, administrator can simply add and edit articles similar to using a page management system, the articles will then be presented in the preset format.
Product photo shoot consultation
Provide instructions and professional advices on product photo shoot. A demonstration session on equipments setup and the photo shooting process will be provided, together with a free instruction manual for further reference.
Project management
A service to ensure smooth operation of all tasks covered in the entire project. It is divided into two main areas – account servicing and internal project management. Account servicing involves scheduling of meetings, preparation of documents and communication between clients and production units, whereas internal project management is the scheduling and monitoring of production process for all items related to the project. Project manager also plays a part on client’s side to critically assess the project deliverable and report any defects / bugs found.

Video conversion and upload
Converting videos into formats that are suitable to be viewed online, in their best quality. We will also help clients to upload videos to their web sites.
W
Web hosting
This is a web hosting service provided by a company of our choice. The service normally guarantees 1 GB disk space and 5GB data transfer per month.
Web site design
It is the design process of the whole web site structure and all elements found within. The process will cover the design of user interface, navigation and all graphic elements. Our design concepts will be presented through skeletons and page layouts. These will be revised according to comments from clients until they are finalized for development. We will then follow the final version for production.
Web site maintenance
A maintenance package of 60 man-hours per year. This includes regular updates of web site content, database backup and recovery, on phone technical support and defects/bugs fixing. Design of new elements and additional programming are not included.
Web site monitoring
It is a third party program designed for monitoring the web site traffic, defects, up time and down time. Detailed reports can be generated for clients’ further study. We will configure the web site to pass appropriate information to the program server.
Web site traffic analysis
This is a service provided by Google Analytics, a powerful tool for web data analysis. With this you may assess the effectiveness of your online marketing strategy, with reference of data reports generated upon specific target groups. To make the most out of it, we will help you customize your Google Analytics account settings and do the necessary programming in order to 100% match it with all the pages and specific functions of your web site.
