HKTPA was looking for an online marketing solution to promote the event Hong Kong Tennis Classic 2010. In addition to attracting audience with the starred players, it also emphasized the highlight of Hong Kong as the host of this worldly event. How can the web space be utilized as a sport activity promotion platform, as well as performing the required tasks?

Solution:

In order to create awareness among sport lovers, especially the youth, Design Quest suggested using a common but popular e-communication medium – e-card. Its capability of being a game and high interactivity between sender and recipient perfectly matches with the nature of sport itself and demonstrate

The card features its ‘post to Facebook wall’ function, which allows users to share with their friends ‘pictures’ taken with top tennis players, under the beautiful sceneries made by collage of Hong Kong landmarks. Users can also make use of the many seasonal graphic options to create a unique X’mas and New Year greeting card

Background:

Street Value is a creative marketing and distribution company with a passion for cool fashion and lifestyle brands. Its business objective is to deliver real and lasting brand growth and penetration for its brands in the market.

As its business expanded, Street Value was looking to revamp its website in order to achieve:

1. Effectiveness in presenting its business nature to its customers and business partners

2. Efficiency in maintaining the site’s growing content

3. Sustainability of its position within the e-marketing context

Solution:

Design Quest incorporated essential graphic elements that reflect the identity of Street Value into an easy-to-navigate and modern html structure. The site was redeveloped with a CMS for efficient content management. We also emphasized the use of SEO technology to offer the site a competitive position among related search results.

The project is very successful and we have been receiving positive feedback.
